If the products of your order have not been shipped yet, they can be canceled. After canceling your order, you can create a new order. We can check the status of the order and cancel the shipment if possbile.

Please open and check the packages that you think were damaged during the shipment process and in front of the cargo authority. If there is any damaged products, do not accept the delivery and file a complaint. Please keep in mind that after the delivery of the product, you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfilled its duty.

Because we are trying to make environmentally friendly choices and reduce our carbon footprint, we cannot gift-wrap or add gift notes to your order. But we deliver products with a beautiful pouch with the WWF Market logo!

Invoices are sent to the e-invoice and mail address. There is no price information in the order package.

The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

When a refund for products that were purchased within the scope of a past campaign is requested, the refund will be processed at the price at which the products were initially purchased.

The tracking code of your cargo will be sent to you by e-mail. You can follow your cargo by clicking “View Your Order”.
